final fantasy is greatly amazing.

I thank God for emulators. I enjoy playing video games and probably the best series I have ever played would be Final Fantasy. Probably the most famous Final Fantasy game is Final Fantasy VII where the main character is Cloud Strife.

My first encounter with this game series was when my older brother had picked up Final Fantasy Tactics for the PSX. Around the same time he also received Final Fantasy VII.

Later on, he got a disc from Pizza Hut. It was a demo disc with the newest Final Fantasy game on it; Final Fantasy VIII. I remember taking the game and playing the demo over and over in private, mashing buttons, having no clue what I was doing. I still own that disc to this day.

Eventually, I forgot about Final Fantasy, not that I even really cared for it in the first place. It was just a dumb old game to play...
AND THEN the Kingdom Hearts series came out. The Kingdom Hearts series involved the story of a boy with a key for a weapon. The series incorporated Final Fantasy and Disney characters in the same game. It was amazing. I eventually got the Game Boy Advance game of Kingdom Hearts from my grandmother. I remember the price, too. $43.98, I believe.

Having gotten all the other Kingdom Hearts games by 2005, I decided to try out Final Fantasy. So on my Christmas wishlist would contain sever of the Final Fantasy games. I got Final Fantasy XII and Final Fantasy VII. Wow.

Now, I can't stop my amazing obsession with Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy. Sure it's childish and I've toned down a little on it, but it's a great series, and if you haven't checked it out, grab one now, because you're missing out on one fairy tale story that will never end.

a game to love - castlevania part 1

If you've ever played a Castlevania game, you know what I mean when I say it's AMAZING. The storyline is all tied together, and the gameplay doesn't get boring. I mean, you don't even have to play the game. Just look at the art. The concept art is awesome!

There is a simple formula that is in all Castlevania games that they find a good way to string them together;

(d + r)vh = Castlevania game.

D = Dracula (Antagonist)
R = Resurrection
VH = Vampire Hunter (Protagonist)

The formula always plays out well and correctly. Since this is only PART 1, I'll be doing even more on Castlevania soon.

Gackto!

I enjoy laughing at the fact that the first names you see are the English-dub actors.

Well, Bunraku is on it's way to fame and so is the "Gay-Not-Gay" Gackt into the theaters. If you do not know anything on Gackt, don't look him up. Please. Don't.

Personally, I used to like him, so I showed him to my friend. She was/is obsessed. She knows more crap about him then me, so I dunno. Well, it's really annoying and I thought it was annoying enough to have a blog post on it. Maybe?

Well, Gackt is a famous J-Pop singer and seems to be gay. But he's not. Yet he acts like he is. And he's a true pervert. And why do I care? Well, because one of his first movies is coming around and my friend has been truly weird on it, so I'm just going to explain why it may be the coolest Japanese movie, other then Metropolis and Princess Mononoke (Mononoke Hime.)

First of all, this is based off a story of Bunraku, the famous art of Japanese puppet story-telling. It tells the story of two "unnamed men" who are both obsessed with their missions. Eventually the two meet and join together to take down a load of evil.

Now, I think that's explained enough.
